How to Use:

1. Start with the Base:

   While the color gel is still wet, use a dotting tool, liner brush, or silicone tip to draw your design directly into the gel. The bloom effect will begin to appear naturally as you work.

4. Clean Between Strokes:

5. Cure & Seal:
